One of the largest food and drink festivals in the country, which is set to take place on the 1st and 2nd April at Loch Lomond Shores celebrates a whole array of awesome Glasgow food and drink businesses.
Glasgow businesses such as the Bijou Wine Co, Firedog, Street Food Putter Club, gluten free delicious cakes by Amo Torta and Scotland’s Gourmet Kitchen are just some of the Glasgow based producers who love attending this major festival that takes place on their doorsteps.
Springfest, now in its third year is set to see thousands of visitors, all looking for the ultimate day out and just a mere 20 minutes from Glasgow, flock to the stunning banks of Loch Lomond Shores next weekend . The free festival offers something for everyone with innovative and inspiring wild food and drink workshops which teach people how to tap into nature’s free larder for exquisite flavours and tastes. The festival caters for all tastes and offers free kids cooking workshops, live music, demos, tastings, a stilt walking chef and the chance to get up close to a jaw dropping 8ft tall T-Rex!
