Lochgoilhead’s boutique music festival, Gig in the Goil has unveiled the latest acts to be added to the line-up for this year’s event!
Some of Scotland’s hottest rising stars will be heading to the shores of Loch Goil for the festival including; Dundee’s Be Charlotte, one of the most exciting new acts in UK right now, Schnarff Schnarff from Glasgow with their staccato grunge pop and the vocal talents of Bathgate-born Lewis Capaldi. There will also be intimate sets from 100 Fables, Calum Frame and The Calm Fiasco.
Run by Argyll Holidays, this year’s event is set to be bigger and better than last year’s inaugural event with acts including Skerryvore, Tide Lines and Trail West already lined up to appear.
The event will take place across various venues throughout the weekend, against the backdrop of Argyll’s stunning, idyllic countryside. The main stage will be located at the popular Drimsynie House Hotel and smaller acoustic style performances will feature in the Castle Lounge within the hotel.
Ross Coutts, marketing executive at Argyll Holidays said: “We’re delighted to secure some of the biggest names in the Scottish indie scene – Be Charlotte and Lewis Capaldi are set to be huge, so it’s great to bring them to the wee village of Lochgoilhead while we still can.”
